Step 1: Find your listing
Search your name on thatsthem.com to confirm what's actually showing, and note the address and phone number tied to the record, since you'll need to enter matching details on the opt-out form.
Step 2: Go to the opt-out page
Navigate to thatsthem.com/optout.
Step 3: Fill out the form
Enter your full name, street address, city, state, ZIP code, email address, and phone number. These fields exist so ThatsThem can locate the specific record you want pulled, and leaving one out or mistyping it can cause a mismatch.
Step 4: Complete the CAPTCHA and submit
Solve the CAPTCHA and click submit. There's no follow-up email link to click. Submitting the form with a completed CAPTCHA is what triggers the removal on ThatsThem's end.
Step 5: Confirm removal
ThatsThem states requests are typically processed within 72 hours, and you'll get a confirmation email once it's done. After that window, search your name again to make sure the listing is actually gone. If it's not, or if you spot another listing under a different address, submit a fresh request for that one specifically.
