The terms that govern your use of DelistMyData.
Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using DelistMyData (accessible from https://delistmydata.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please don't use the site.
What DelistMyData Is, Today
DelistMyData is currently a pre-launch, waitlist-only service. Joining the waitlist reserves your place for founding-member access; it is not a paid subscription and does not currently entitle you to any removal service. Once the removal-search feature launches, these Terms will be updated to describe that service specifically, and you'll be notified before any change that affects how your data is used.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use DelistMyData or to submit information on behalf of yourself. Do not submit another person's personal information without their knowledge and consent, except where you are legally authorized to act on their behalf (for example, as a parent or legal guardian).
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use DelistMyData to submit removal requests for information that isn't your own, absent proper authorization.
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure.
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
No Guarantee of Outcomes
Data brokers control their own sites and removal processes, which change without notice, and listings can reappear after a successful removal if a broker re-collects the same information. We do our best to find and remove your listings and to notice when they come back, but we cannot guarantee any particular broker will honor a removal request, that a removal will be permanent, or that we will detect every listing that exists about you.
Disclaimer of Warranties
DelistMyData is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DelistMyData and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
Changes to the Service and These Terms
We may modify or discontinue any part of DelistMyData at any time. We may update these Terms periodically; when we make material changes, we'll update the "Last Updated" date above and, where feasible, notify you by email. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which DelistMyData operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
